Iowa City 21 and Over Referendum Not Seeing Cash it Did in 2010

THIS YEAR'S REFERENDUM OVER IOWA CITY'S BAR ENTRY AGE ISN'T DRAWING NEARLY AS MUCH MONEY AS THE 2010 CAMPAIGN. CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS SHOW THE GROUP ADVOCATING TO KEEP THE 21 AND OVER ORDINANCE IN PLACE HAS RAISED A LITTLE OVER 12 THOUSAND DOLLARS WHILE THE ORGAINZATION HOPING TO REPEAL IT HAS GENERATED ONLY 3 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN DONATIONS. IN 2010 THE EFFORT TO KEEP THE ORDINANCE IN PLACE RAISE MORE THAN 40 THOUSAND DOLLARS AND THOSE WHO SUPPORED A REPEAL RAISED CLOSE TO 20,000.
